Note:
A service call has an initial fee will be billed when the technician arrives on site to begin diagnosing or repairing the problem. If it is necessary to replace a partial or total part of the equipment, the value of the part or equipment and the service will be added to the initial fee of the service call.
Note:
In the event that equipment needs to be replaced, the initial fee paid for the service will be used as a discount on the replacement proposal for the New Equipments, Indoor Air Quality and other.
